Clackamas River Tral, March 13

Just another wonderful PNW forest hike.   Beautiful forest running along Clackamus River ending at Pup falls, then walk back... honestly I don't remember too much about the hike.... but the drive home is a different story.

I am not exaggerating when I say that no less than three minutes after we started the drive home the winds starting blowing and the rain poured in buckets... in another tow minutes the winds were blowing the rain sideways, the road was littered in limbs, power lines down on the side of the road, trees falling on houses/garages...  The drive back was at about 30 miles an hour, emergency vehicle buzzing around...  Crazy, and to think we missed getting caught in the storm by a very few minutes.
